Before meeting Shaneen I was stalled, discouraged and feeling like I’d failed; not only my horse but myself as well. Shaneen got me out of my slump within a handful of lessons and gave me confidence and support while doing so. She has made me a better rider and horsewoman. As a rider of many disciplines herself she is uniquely qualified to assist in all aspects of the horse industry and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to better themselves and be the best horse and rider team they can be.

Having started riding very late in life, I was obviously more nervous than the average person. Upon meeting Shaneen, and seeing her confidence, I immediately knew I wanted her to teach me. I have not been disappointed. Shaneen pushes you, hard, but not too hard, she strict and direct and yet we laugh a lot. Her equine knowledge is incredible, and her care and dedication to the horses is amazing. My boys are happy, well fed, and shiny. Her support at shows, and ability to teach different facets of the sport, makes for interesting lessons. My confidence has grown thanks to Shaneen, and I believe my riding has improved too! Add to this very hands-on approach, amazing grooms, and a lovely yard, with fantastic access to shows and trails to hack, any rider would be thrilled to be at SK Equestrian.
